Quality Selection Process

All our staff have taken extensive skills tests before we hire them. Being web designers ourselves, we then spend between two and six weeks working with them, to see how well they work, and see the quality of their work. IT Staff Online have an agreement with another Sydney based company, who have an office in Jakarta. This is where our staff are physically located. All of our communication is done via our in-house Instant Messaging system (just like MSN Messenger) and via E-mail.

Three Steps to Outsourcing your IT Staff

Step 1:

We start by doing an analysis of your needs, so that we understand your requirements and make sure this service is suitable for your business. You can see who this service works for at Who is Outsourcing For.

Step 2:

Next we create a job description. This will probably be something you already have in your employment agreement. This sets out what you want your staff member to do on a day-to-day basis. We use this information to assign the right IT Staff Online personnel to match your methods and your personality.

Step 3:

We then assign or hire a staff member compatible to your job description, complete any training or induction that may be required and ensure our staff member is the right fit for your business. Once we are ready to start, we introduce you to your staff member who begins work immediately. You now control your staff and contact them directly regarding the work to be done. Just like any staff member, you need to manage your staff with feedback and guidelines of the work you want done.

This process takes between two and five weeks. You will still need to train your staff on the detailed workings of the particular work you want them to do, but after two to four weeks, they will be working by themselves and saving you money.
